The Servers
Hostfifteen uses servers located in the UK, France, Germany and the USA.

At any time there is always a warm standby server ready to move accounts to in the event of a prolonged server outage caused by factors such as serious hardware failure.
The Hostfifteen site is always hosted on a separate server so that in the event of issues with the customer web server, this site stays available for information.
NB.
Although I take full site backups of all hosting accounts once a week, this is for my protection in the event of losing a server disk.
This is no substitute for you taking your own backups of your site data. Direct Admin makes it very easy to backup all your website data and I can offer some good advice on an effective backup regime if you're interested.
